Zeus is the largest all-wood fired rotisserie that we offer, it might even be the largest one that exists! Zeus will keep your establishment running, even at the highest volumes! It comes with 12 racks (66″ x 18.25″), 12 double hangers (triple hangers are available), a fully insulated firebox* and standard black paint. It requires a 115-volt, single phase, 8-amp electrical service and can be installed direct venting or under a vent hood. This unit is both ETL & NSF certified. *Patent Pending
