Rotisserie & smoker service

With over 20 years of hands-on experience repairing rotisserie smokers, there's nothing we haven't seen. We service every pit M&M builds, along with J&R equipment, Oyler pits included. We aren't an authorized service agent for any other manufacturer, so those are the only service calls we take right now.

From motor replacements and chain realignments to firebox repairs and control upgrades, we bring deep mechanical knowledge and a no-nonsense approach to every job. The goal is simple: get your smoker back to peak performance with minimal downtime.

Field service, nationwide

Our techs travel anywhere in the country. Inside 90 miles of the shop in Tool, which covers most of Dallas-Fort Worth, a service call is a $275 trip charge plus $135 an hour for labor. Past 90 miles, it's $135 an hour from the time the tech leaves the shop.

We try to reach you the next day. Bigger repairs sometimes have to be scheduled out. Ask for Josh when you call.

Parts & shipping

We carry parts for M&M and J&R smokers, Oylers included, and ship them straight to you.

Tell us the model and what failed. We'll track down the right part and get it on its way, so your pit is back to work fast.

Preventative maintenance

Keep your pit on a schedule with a twice-a-year or quarterly maintenance program, whichever fits how hard you cook. We quote each program to the pit and how often it runs.
