We've taken the classic offset smoker principles and raised the bar with modern innovation to make your cooking experience smoother, smarter, and more consistent.
The OS1000 is engineered to cook evenly from end to end, with no hot spots and no dead zones. Its patent-pending Dual Bypass System, extended collector, and one-of-a-kind castable bottom and insulated firebox deliver unmatched heat control and fuel efficiency.
With an 8-foot stack and light-as-a-feather counterweights, the only heavy lifting will be from loading your briskets. This smoker gives pitmasters everything they need to achieve the perfect bark, every single time.
The OS1000 ships on skids as standard. Need to get mobile? It is available with a tandem axle electric-brake trailer, complete with wood rack, 2-5/16 ball hitch, and D-rings for secure transport.
