The OS500 features our patent-pending Dual Bypass System, extended collector, and castable, insulated firebox, ensuring smooth, even heat from end to end with no hot spots. With effortless draw through the tuned stack, you get cleaner burns, better smoke flow, and unbeatable flavor development.
The OS500 ships on skids as standard. Need to stay mobile? It is available with a tandem axle electric-brake trailer, complete with wood rack, 2-5/16 ball hitch, and D-rings for secure transport.
