Why the Vulcan™ Live Fire Table
The Vulcan™ is a live fire table with a Santa Maria grill built in. Turn the wheel and the grate rides up or down through 30 inches of travel, so you can sear right over the coals or lift the meat into the heat and let it take its time.
The firebed is lined with 2 inches of castable refractory to hold heat cook after cook. It ships on its own rolling base stand, or comes off the stand to drop into a trailer. On an M&M offset trailer it's a $5,995 upgrade.
